What I am grateful for: everything I got, computers, my kids, the internet, partners, friends, text messages, beaches, air conditioning, my car, being able to ask for help, movies, a gentle breeze, the ability to meditate.

What I got: more energy myself, yummy breakfast, work done, a little surprise connection, a good nap

What I am grateful for: the internet, my computer, colors, friends, dresses, social networking, virtual classes, my car, my ability to learn, my ability to write and read, my faith, my stubbornness, my kids, my dad, my stepmom, the lake, sunshine, rain, my shoes, being willing to change, videos and DVDS

What I got: delicious food, fun with family, beautiful flowers.

What I am grateful for: my kids, my friends, my family, being able to help people, Zero Balancing, learning, my hands, color, computers, virtual webinars, phones, people sharing, gratitude, the sun, my bike, the green of summer.

What I gave: my presence, my meditation, my love, my skills, my home

What I got: a dinner cruise, a four-day bodywork class, a baseball hat, makeup, a dress

What I am grateful for: my stepmother, my friends, texting, IM, my kids, my Dad, internet, classes, learning, my hands, my heart, animals, horses, my car

What I got: reconnecting with people, a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives, totally high off of some amazing conversations

What I am grateful for: my health, my body, doing a cleanse, trust, my kids, food, people who reach for their dreams

What I got: great message exactly when I needed it, wonderful dinner, time with family

What I am grateful for: my kids, my family, my life, delicious food, the ability to say no, sunshine, warm weather

What I got: a gorgeous day, an amazing thunderstorm, a good chat with a friend

What I am grateful for: being able to workout indoors when it is raining, the movies, not being a gangster, that I rarely eat movie theatre popcorn, the sun, warm air, being comfortable, my kids.

What I got: my younger son reading to me from stories he wrote and illustrated for two hours. I also got totally high off helping others and stayed in this great place all day.
